Welcome. My name is Brandon Hansen and I am the face behind this site.
I have been in the College Planning industry since 1998, shortly after I had to drop out of college early because I simply couldn’t afford it and didn’t know how I could continue to pay for it.
This caused me a lot of stress and worry because I couldn’t see how I would be able to complete my education without going broke or taking out too much debt. I knew there had to be a better way so I set out on a path to understand the process and teach it to as many students and parents as I could.
I was in individual consulting for many years and was not satisfied with the amount of people I was able to help. While I could help several people per year, I knew there were thousands more that needed quality help but were just not able to find it.
The purpose of this site is to direct parents and students along the path they need to take to get the proper funding for their college education. Whether it is through guiding you in the college application process, helping you properly fill out the FAFSA form, or applying for and accepting the right scholarships for you or your student, I am here to help.
