Staying Focused Is Important

Many students would much rather have their own place rather than pay a lot for rent every month. Because of the recent recession, the housing industry has become really aggressive making it easier to get a cheap house. A rent-to-own process is often difficult and so it is important for college students to be familiar with the process. A rent-to-own process is identical to leasing a car, the renter will pay rent every month in order to reside in the house, and then at the end of the determined period, usually two to three years, the renter has the opportunity to buy the house. The rent which is paid monthly is mostly income to the seller but a percentage of it goes towards the down payment if the renter decides to purchase the house.
