Education is a must for anyone to move ahead in life, more so for a woman. It is generally said that if a mother is educated the entire family is educated. Mothers whether single or even unwed need a great deal of support to go back to school and get an education. Especially single moms have the responsibility of taking care of their families and so generally do not find the time to complete their education which they were forced to give up due to circumstances.

Do you want to go to college? Are you a single mother? Even if you are over the age of 30, you can still get a degree and even get the financial help to make this happen. There are many scholarships that can help you get your degree. As we age, our chances of getting free money increase because we become non traditional students.

There is a lot of buzz about scholarships for mothers on the ‘net right now as the government is trying to get American mom’s to go back to school by offering some great incentives.
